Find A Course Hope's journey is an inspiring example of how hard work, passion, and dedication can transform one's life. As one of the very first students to enroll in RefreshYou, Hope complete her courses and obtained her certification as a Medical Aesthetician. She then joined Refresh Evolution, where she quickly made a name for herself through her exceptional customer service and commitment to providing the best possible experience for her clients.
Over time, Hope's hard work and dedication paid off, and she was promoted to the position of clinic manager. In this role, she continued to excel, leading her team by example and ensuring that every client who walked through the doors of Refresh Evolution received the highest level of care and attention.
Today, Hope has returned to RefreshYou as an instructor, eager to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with the next generation of students. Her inspiring story serves as a reminder that with hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to excellence, anything is possible.
I have been in the aesthetics industry for over 30 years (with ‘breaks’ for raising my two daughters). Over that time I have developed a deep sense of satisfaction from helping clients reach their skin and body care goals. I love seeing how glowing on the outside can transform a person’s confidence and self-esteem on the inside: it’s incredibly rewarding for me and my clients.
For the last 5 years, I’ve been proudly working at Refresh Evolution; mostly as a technician and recently jumped at the chance to be a trainer with RefreshYou. It gives me the opportunity to both help other technicians develop their skills and the value they can offer clients, and to continue to grow this great franchise (which continues to impact our clients in so many positive ways).
My biggest go to, to prevent premature ageing will always be a daily physical SPF every single day, rain or shine, indoors and out.
